They Pull Me Back

Just when I think I'm done blogging for a bit, something screams for attention:

It seems that science is on the march, having proved to the satisfaction of some anthropologist and Yahoo! News that humans must necessarily have transported Polynesian chickens to Chile. Of course, this challenges conventional and long-proven notions of how chickens got to Chile. Why scientists would bother to be challenging this when they should be out proving that the Earth is flat is beyond me.

Some days? Shit just makes itself up.

You can't imagine my disappointment that there were no other posts about God's perfect food, the chicken fried steak.

Mmmm. Chicken fried steak.

To each his own. I find the stuff disgusting, myself, which is a little odd considering my usual stance on things fried. Totally not a cream gravy fan, though.

I hear baramins taste like chicken.

I have neither eaten nor ever even seen a chicken-friend steak. I find the concept bizarre. Also, I object to it on semantic grounds - it's just a fried steak, dammit. The "chicken" nomenclature is misleading and unnecessary.

Doesn't it depend on how you prepare the baramin?

The chicken designation is absolutely essential to the chicken fried steak name. Essential! And if you have never eaten one, never seen one, you are in no position to judge. None!
