The first pic was taken 40 years ago today. I was 9 years old. There are those who believe that my personal relationship with rage traces back to that day. Others believe that there may have been something about a hamster that John the Daftist left outside in the tool shed. Others still believe I'm just lazy and want something to blame for all the debauchery. I'm sure they're all correct.
Here's the big joke: damn, these kids today have weird hair.

And said kids wear their pants oddly, as well.

I was actually at Ohio State U that summer for some summer program that I no longer remember the details of. What I do remember is that the Ohio National Guard were there too, standing in twos at every sidewalk leading into campus. You had to stop & show them your ID. They all had rifles.
As the recent child bride of a non-white guy I (or we) were scrutinzed carefully for at least a block as we approached our usual walk-in point. Then while one guy checked the IDs the other guy looked us up & down and sneered. And we both had nice hair too!
I am about the violence pr0n. I was not nine years old. I couldn't post until later in the day and didn't catch your version until today. I particularly appreciate the tasing pic. They really ought to ban those things.
Also. Jackson State.
I haven't stopped being angry since either of them.
